Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, ) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 17th day of January , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hi de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-41
WHEREAS, approval was requested for employee compensation changes
for the year 1972 effective January lat.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval was given to the Village Manager for the list of
Village employee compensatiod changes to be effective
January 1, 1972 which he presented and is now on file
in the Village Manager's personnel files. (Exhibit A of
1/13/72).
- The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared

duly passed and adopted.
