RESOLUTION NO. 72-39
YHEREASr some work has been completed on projects for which Noyes
Construction had the contract and money is available from retainage fees
to pay the bilis incurred for this work and approval to pay same is requested.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF THE
VILLAGE: OF PLYMOUTH:
