Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution

and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-38
WHEREAS, approval was requested to reduce the retainage fee
for Johnson Bros., 6311 Wayzata -Blvd., Minneapolis, Minn.
on Project /69-1,0-C to $1,000.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: i
Approval is hereby granted to reduce the retaimgs fee to
$1,000 for Johnson Bros. for Project /69-1,0-C, Central ;
Arra Sewer and Water Improv srnt.
