PUBLIC HEARING CANCELLED FOR
PROJECT #205
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of January, 1972. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-35
WHEREAS, a public hearing was scheduled to be held January 31, 1972
at 7:30 P.M. to consider Project #205, Greendale Addition, Sewer and Water
Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"To cancel the scheduled January 31, 1972.public hearing on
Project #205, Greendale Addition, Sewer and Water Improvement,
and reject the preliminary report presently submitted by the
Village Engineer."
The (motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
jfollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt,
I}liSeibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
