Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1972-034VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT PROJECT 1 203 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-34 WHEREAS, a report was given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recommending Project 8203, Schiebe's Oakwood Addition Sewer, Water and Streets at an estimated cost of $140,000. (Lot 13, Block 3, Pinecrest Addition, SW corner CSAR 06 and TH 8101). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of pro- perty abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. In accordance with Resolution 872-4, which shows the area to be assessed, the public hearing is scheduled to be field on January 31. 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the Public Works Municipal Building. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmen Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayer Hildn, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. The resolution was therefore declared duly passed and adopted. Page 2, Res.
