RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of January, 1972. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following
were absent: None.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-33
WHEREAS, a report was given by the Consultant Engineer to the
Village Council recommending Part B of Project #201, Vicksburg Lane
Street Improvement CSAR 06 to 26th Avenue at an estimated cost of
$95,000. (Vicksburg Lane and CSAR 116, 4500 feat north).
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. In accordance with Resolution No. 72-4 which show
the area to be assessed public hearing is scheduled
on January 31, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the Public Works
Municipal Building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following voted aguinat or abstained; None.
The resolution was then dac4 red duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on January 17,
1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS. My hand officially as such Clark and the corporate
seal of the Village this 25th day of January, 1972.
