HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-032VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of January, 2972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-32 WHEREAS, a report was given to the Council by the Consultant Engineer regarding Project #211, E. Medicine Lake Area Water Completion for an estimated cost of $96,000 and for the following streets: Lots 2 - 5 Block 1 Klausman's Addition Lots 4 6 Block 2 " " Lots 1 - 6 Block 3 Lots 1 - 9 Block 4 Lots 17 - 25 Block 4 Lots 1 - 4 Block 7 Medicine Lake Park 3rd Div. Lots 13 - 16 Block 7 it Lots 1 - 12 Block 1 " " it Lots 1 - 5 Block 5 Lots 1 - 6 Lake Park Acres Also: That part of government Lot 3, Section 24, T.118 N., Range 22 W., corresponding to Lots 1 - 6 and Lot 12 of Block 2, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY,THE,VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement -pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 at an estimated total cost of the Improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed Improve- ments on the 14th day of February. 1972 at the Village Council Chambers in the Public Works Municipal Building, 149000 23rd Ave. N., at 7:30 P..M: The Village Engineer shall give published notice of such hearing and improve - meat as required by law." I`I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor'Chereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on January 17, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
