WHEREAS, the developer, ban -Con, Inc. of Chelsea Woods has asked
for approval of the Chelsea Woods Second Addition Final Plat Plan as
amended and Addendum No. 1 to the Developman,t Contract.
NOW Tur1:3:FORF, M IT HEREBY RtESOLVCD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYNIOUTH:
Approval In hereby granted for the Chelsea Woods SecondAddition
as amended and presented on this'dote-and Addendum /1 to the
Development Contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rarolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thescon,
the following voted its favor thereof: Mayor Ailds, Councilsaa Seibold,
Spaeth and Nails , The folloving voted lQRO (abstained).
Councilman Hula . Whereupon tho resolution Was daelared
