SUBDIVISION WAIVER APPROVED
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th
day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were
absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-28
WHEREAS, Mr. Francis J. Jordan, 3810 Dunkirk Lane, requested
approval of a subdivision waiver at this address so he may get the South
81.5 feet of the East 208.7 feet of the west half of Section 17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
1. That the requirements of Ordinance 066-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records.

relating to the conveyance of parcels of Innd less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A:
The South 81.5 feet of the East 208.7 feet of the west
half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 17, T.118, R.22.
Tract B;
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter thence East to the
Southeast corner thereof thence North along East
quarterly line of Section 17 to a point 200 feet
Southerly from center line of County Road No. 9
thence Westerly parallel with North line of Section
a distance of 100 feet thence Northerly to said
center line thence Northwesterly along said center
line to North and South center line of Section thence
South to beginning, also the North half of Northeast
quarter of Southeast quarter except roads, except
the South 81.5 feet of the East 208.7 feet of the
west half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 17, T.118, R.22.
Tract C:
The South 81.5 feet of the East 208.7 feet of the
West half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 17 and the North 208.7 feet of
the East 208.7 feet of the West half of the South-
west quarter. of Southeast quarter of Section 17,
T. 118, R.22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth,
Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained:
None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on
January 17, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision requirements
for Francis J. Jordan.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 31st day of January, 1972.
