REQUEST .FOR A SUBDIVISION WAIVER
Pursuant to due call and noticethereof. a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of January, 1972. The following members were presents
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Aunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-27
WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Gardner, 1240C Harbor Lane requests akproval
of a subdivision waiver and consolidation of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5. Block
7, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTK-.
1. That the requirements of Ordinance 066-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10. 1966, and filed on
April 6. 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Tract At
Lot 5 and that part of Lots 3 and 4. Block 7, Suburbandale
on Parker Lake lying Southerly of a line drawn parrallal
with the Southerly line of Lot 5 and through the North-
westerly corner of said Lot 5.
Tract B:
Lot 2 and that part of Lots 3 and 4 lying Northerly of
a line commencing at Northwesterly corner and parrallel
with Southerly line of Lot 5.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Setbold,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor toersof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt. Neils,
Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
January 17, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision requirements
for Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 7. Suburbandale on Parkers Lake.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 24th day of January, 1972.
