Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minneso a was held on the
17th day of January, 1972. The following members were p -,--sent:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Nei,s. The following
were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-22
WHEREAS, the Council has approved the operating budgets for the
period commencing January 1, 1972 and certain monies to finance said
budgets are required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in
the Village of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the Omnibus Tax Act of 1971 requires that this Council
recertify its levy in accordance with the provisions of said act,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH THAT THE FOLLOWING SUMS OF MONEY BE RAISED BY
TAX ON TAXABLE PROPERTY IN THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH FOR THE YEAR 1972
AS SET FORTH IN THE ADOPTED 1972 VILLAGE BUDGET:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against/abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesrta; hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached extra_t of the minutes of a regular meeting of

and complete transcript therefrom as it relates to recertification of
the budget for 1972.
