Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (f:parfxl) m_Cting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the Ord day of jnn,,A = , 1971 The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, _Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution

and m6ved its adoption:
RFSOLUTION t:0. 72-21
WHPRF.AS, the Construction and Sinking Fund disbursements for
the period ending December 31, 1971 was submitted for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCII. OF THE
VILLACF OF PLY141OUTH:
The Construction and Sinking Fund disbursements in the amount
of $53,700.00 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken therepn,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
