Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular, ",j1 0 o1) meting
of the. Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on
the 3rd day of January 19x,,2. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Bunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The 'following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth- introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-,15_
WHEREAS. surety -bond's for certain Village employees and a general
bond covering all Village employees is necessary to be taken out for 1972.
KOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH,
"That the surety bonds cc-.sring the integrity and honest
performance of duties by the Finance Director, Assessor,
Village Clark and general bond.covering all Village
employees are hereby ratified and confirmed for the year
1972."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Bunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,

Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
