HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-014VILLAGE, OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Neils introduced the fallowing resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 72-14 WHEREAS, approval was requested to grant a renewal license for 1972 Gasoline Station License to Bud's Texaco, 9605 30th Ave. N. NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY ZLE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A renewal of the Gasoline Station License is hereby granted to Bud's Texaco for a period of 90 days from this date and the Village staff is hereby directed to attempt to resolve the driveway problem on 36th Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof, Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on January 3, 1972, with the original :[hereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
