Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Vill+ge of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of January, 1972. She following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Coun.:ilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLITION NO. 72-13
WHEREAS, applications to renew Gasoline Station Licenses for 1472
were received and submitted for Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The following applications for renewal of Gasoline Station
Licenses for 1972 are hereby approved:
1. Plymouth Villge Automotive 10905 6th Ave. N.
2. Plymouth Conoco Service 11320 State Highway #55
3. Plymouth Car Wash 11320 State Highway #55
4. Worth Oil Company 10900 State Highway #55
5. Plymouth Oil Company 3515 County Road 1118
6. Herb's Service Garage 17435 County Road #6
7. ?lark's Standard Service 13435 State Highway #55
8. Jerry's Plymoc.h Shell 11350 State Highway #55
9. H. C. Mayer b Sons, Inc. 11021 State Highway 455
11. West Medicine Lake Boat & Bait 1810 W. Medicine Lake Dr.
12. Plymouth Texaco 13700 State Highway 055
13. Plymouth Standard 10910 State Highway A$5
14. Walt's Oakwood "66" Service 1525 State Highway #101
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils. The followingvoted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on January 3, 1972, with the
original thereof an file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Gasoline
Station Licenses for '.972.
