Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
kVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held on the
3rd day of January, 1972. The following members were preeent:

;Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold, Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. No one was
absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
;its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-11
WHEREAS, the Off Sale Liquor Licenses now in operation throughout
`the Village of Plymouth do hereby expire on January 31, 1972, and
IWHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off Sale Liquor Licenses
commencing February 1, 1972 were received for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
!VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Off Sale Liquor Licenses commencing February 1, 1972 for a
period of one year are hereby approved for the following:
HIGHWAY LIQUOR STORE 3435 COUNTY ROAD #18
PARTY MART, INC.14 4130 N. CTY. HWY. #101
PLYMOUTH LIQUORS 10730 HIGHWAY #55
A&M LIQUORS 11331 HIGHWAY #55
BASS LAKE BOTTLE SHOP 11540 COUNTY ROAD #10
! The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

!following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Seibold,
!
!Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained:

None. Whereupon the resolution'was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, "Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on January 3, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 7th day of January, 1972. _
