Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, M11anesota was held on the 3rd
day of January, 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Neils and Seibold.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-10
WHEREAS. it was recommended that the staff be directed to prepare
a storm sewer study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
HE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The staff of the Village of Plymouth is hereby directed -to
proceed with the storm sewer study in accordance with the
report dated February B. 1971 received from &miotroo,
Rosen, Anderlik 6 Associates for a fee not to exceed $37,500,
one-half of which fee shall be paid in 1972 and the balance
in 1973.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being tak-'!n thereon, the
ollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Seibold. Hunt,
eils and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained:Norte
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
