Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
4 Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd
I day of January, 1972.

f The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
I Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.

The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-9
WHEREAS, it was recommended that a sanitary sewer comprehensive
plan and storm sever study be ordered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Village of Plymouth staff is hereby authorized to
proceed with the proposal from the firm of Bonestroo,
Rosen. Andarlik & Associates for the sanitary sewerage
comprehensive plan dated September 21, 1970, not to
exceed a cost of $2600.
2. The staff is further ordered to prepare a summary of
earlier reports indluding the reports of the special
committees and then a review of the 1965 reports as
to the philosophy used in the original planning to
determine whether or not the assumptions made at that
time are still valid.
3. This is to be considered a 1972 project and submitted
at the last meeting in January.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,:Councilmen Neils, Hunt,
Seibold :and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village helc! on January 3, 1972,
with the original thereof on file in ■y office a:id the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
