RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
f
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
f
3rd day of January, 1972. The following members were present:
f
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold, Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
i members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
j RESOLUTION NO. 72-7

WHEREAS, a report was given to the Council from the Village
Consultant Engineer recommending PROJECT #213, TRUNK HIGHWAY #101
CSAH #6 AREA STORM SEWER at an estimated cost of $502,000 for the
following streets as listed on attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordancewith the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Section
429.011 to 429.111 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 20th day of March. 1972 at the Village Council
Chambers in the Public Works Municipal Building, 14900C
23rd Ave. N., at 7:30 P.H. The Village Engineer shall give
published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
and Neils. The following abstained: Councilman Seibold.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
