VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC
HEARINGS ON PROJECTS' 205 AND 7206
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
January 3, 1972. The following merbers were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth, Runt, Seibold and Neils. The following were
absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-5
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the
Village Council recommending the following projects on the following
streets with estimated coats for same.-
PROJECT
ame:PROJECT #205: Greendale Addition, Sever and Water - $47,500.
Lots 3,4,5 Block 1
Lots 2,3,4,5,6 Block 2
PROJECT 0206: Mapledell Addition, Sewer, Water b Streets, $299,300.
Lots 1-11 Block 1
Tats 1-3 2
Lots 1-11 " 3
Lots 1-4 5
Lots 10-14 5
Lots 1-7 6

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH•.
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid preliminary reports
on the improvements and schedule a public hearing for such
proposed improvement projects on the 31st day of January,
1972 at the Village, Council Chambers in the Public Works
Municipal Bu3ld1ng,.14960C 23rd Ave. N., at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
2. The Village Engineer shall give published notice of such
hearing, and Improvement as required by law,
The motion for the adopxion;,of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on January 3,
1972, with the original thereof on file in, my office and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to Projects ##205 and ##206.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 10th day of January, 1972.
