HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-004a 'r NEW 7Pt �.7 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROJECT 201, 202 AND 203 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the third day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. A** ,Yic* eRR Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-4 i WHEREAS, a report has himen given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recono- tiding the following projects on the following streets with estircuLed costs for same: ^OJECT 8'0 t: Vicksburg Lane Street Improvement, Part B CSAR #6 to 26th Avenue - $95,000. (Vicksburg Lane and CSAH #6, 4500 feet north). PROJECT #202: Turning Lanes, CSAR #6 and TH #101, $86,400. PROJECT #203: Schiebe's Oakwood Addition Improvements - Water, Sewer, Storm Sewer and Streets, $140,000. (Lot 13, Block 3, Pinecrest Addition - Southwest corner CSAR #6 & TH #101). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid preliminary report and hold a public hearing on such proposed improvement to be held January 31, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the Public Works Municipal Building, 14900C 23rd Ave. N. 2. The Village Engineer shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
