HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-003VILLAGr, OF PLI71OUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting, of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the third day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-3 i WHEREAS, Al N. Frerking of PemTon, Inc., 8200 Humboldt Ave. S. (asked for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the erection of a 8'x12' directional outdoor sign at the northwest corner of intersection of County Road P10 and Hemlock Lane and a 8'x12' directional outdoor sign at the northwest corner of the intersection at County Road 1110 and County Road P18. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given for a Conditional Use Permit, to be valid until July 1, 1972, to PemTon, Inc. allowing them to erect a 8'x12' directional sign at the intersection of County Road P10 and County Road #18 and a 4'x8' directional sign at the intersection of County Road P10 and Hemlock Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,,Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE 0" MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HEN NEP IN ) SS.
