Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
ji3rd day of
ti January, 1972. The following members were Present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hurt, Seibold and Neils. The following
members were absent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 72-2
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul Johns, representing Playhouse Co., Inc., 15831
Highway 955, requested approval for a subdivision waiver of Lot 1,
Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park, and•
WHEREAS, sewer and water lines are already installed for the
newly created lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance x`66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
The east 140.00 feet of the west 355.00 feet of Lot 1,
Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Tract B:
The west 215.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Playhouse
Industrial Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold,
Hunt and Neils. The following abstained: Councilman Spaeth.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village h-ld January
3, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Lot 1,
Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 12th day of January, 1972.
