HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-001VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular eapmojouli meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of January , 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold The following members were absent None Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 72-1 (As amended 1/17/72 and 2/7/72) WHEREAS Dr. Dermis E. Arne requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 4052, Plat 437f7, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE.VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the requested subdivision be approved subject to the dedication of right of way for a full distance of 667' that fronts on Vicksburg Lane; and further that the remainder of the parcel be considered Parcel B, and -before a second building permit for a dwelling is issued on Parcel B that a preliminary plat be submitted to the Village for approval. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing approval is subject to the receipt by the Village from Dr. aTnd Mrs. Arne of agreements approved by the Village Attorney for the rights of access with respect to both parcels A & B to and from Vicksburg Lane with the right to use their present access until other access rights are provided and further that the burden for the permanent access for both parcels will rest within the platting of Parcel" B. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen,Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. is The following voted against None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. fi
