R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION FOR
H Y-V EE W INE & S PIRITS, 16605 C OUNTY R OAD 24, 201
WHEREAS, Hy-Vee, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits, has submitted a tobacco license
application for 16605 County Road 24, 201; and
WHEREAS, the pro-rated license fee of $75 has been received and staff has found no reason to
deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Hy-Vee, Inc. for Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits,
16605 County Road 24, 201 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of October, 2018.
