R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O FF-S ALE L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATION OF H Y-V EE, I NC.
D/B/A H Y-V EE W INE & S PIRITS, 16605 C OUNTY R OAD 24, #201
WHEREAS, Hy-Vee, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits, has submitted an application for an Off-
Sale Liquor License for Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits located at 16605 County Road 24, #201; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Off-Sale Liquor License application of Hy-Vee, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits, at
16605 County Road 24, #201 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of September, 2018.
