R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT
L IQUOR L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF T IGER S USHI, LLC
D/B/A L UCKY S TREET, 1400 C OUNTY R OAD 101, U NIT 1
WHEREAS, Tiger Sushi, LLC d/b/a Lucky Street, has submitted applications for Wine and On-Sale
3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Licenses for a restaurant located at 1400 County Road 101, Unit 1; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of Tiger Sushi, LLC
d/b/a Lucky Street, at 1400 County Road 101, Unit 1, are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license applications.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of September, 2018.
