R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-321
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING S UPPLEMENTAL A GREEMENT WITH
U NION P ACIFIC R AILROAD C OMPANY FOR THE
15 TH A VENUE AND H IGHWAY 55 U TILITY I MPROVEMENT (WR160003)
WHEREAS, on December 8, 1965, the City of Plymouth and Union Pacific Railway Company
entered into an agreement for construction of a storm sewer pipe crossing the railway; and
WHEREAS, the existing storm sewer pipe is failing and needs to be repaired; and
WHEREAS, a Supplemental Agreement, Audit No. NWE3191 and Folder No. -3094-19, has been
prepared by Union Pacific Railroad.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Supplemental Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company, Audit No.
NWE3191 and Folder No. -3094-19, is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
the agreement.
