R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-276
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E XCEPTION FROM S ECTION 2005.13 OF THE
C ITY C ODE ALLOWING L IQUOR S ALES AND C ONSUMPTION AT THE H ILDE P ERFORMANCE
C ENTER ON O CTOBER 6, 2018
WHEREAS, per Section 2005.13, Subd. C of the City Code, possession, sale, or consumption
of liquor at the Hilde Performance Center is prohibited unless authorized by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, With One Breath is hosting HOPEStock2018 on October 6, 2018 at the Hilde
Performance Center where liquor sales and consumption are desired.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the exception from Section 2005.13, Subd. C is approved for HOPEStock 2018
event on October 6, 2018.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 21st day of August, 2018.
