C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-286
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING S OFTWARE AND L ICENSE S ERVICES
A GREEMENT WITH BS & A FOR C OMMUNITY D EVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the current Community Development software has not kept pace with the changes in
technology; and
WHEREAS, the current software is not expected to be capable of improvements with changing
technology; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received proposals for new Community Development
Software and interviewed and demonstrated products from five potential software vendors; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth entered in direct and continued discussions with three software
vendors.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Software and License Services Agreement with BS & A is approved and the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to execute said agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of August, 2018.
