R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT
L IQUOR L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF C OMPADRES I NC.
D/B/A T ACO T ERESA’S, 10100 6 TH A VENUE N ORTH #102
WHEREAS, Compadres Inc. d/b/a Taco Teresa’s, has submitted applications for Wine and 3.2
Percent Malt Liquor Licenses for a restaurant located at 10100 6th Avenue North #102; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of Compadres Inc. d/b/a
Taco Teresa’s, at 10100 6th Avenue North #102 are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving the license fee and
all documentation as required in the liquor license applications.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of July, 2018.
