R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-234
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MUSEMENT L ICENSE
FOR M OORE P RODUCTIONS, LLC D/B/A P LYMOUTH P LAYHOUSE,
2705 A NNAPOLIS L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Moore Productions, LLC has submitted an application for an amusement license at
Plymouth Playhouse located at 2705 Annapolis Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the required license fee of $150 and certificates of insurance for workers
compensation and general liability have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the application for an Amusement License for Moore Productions, LLC d/b/a Plymouth
Playhouse located at 2705 Annapolis Lane North for a license period of July 1, 2018 through
December 31, 2018 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of June, 2018.
