R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-201
R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
S TATE H IGHWAY 55 F RONTAGE R OAD R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (13002)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 27thday of March,
2018, which fixed a date for a City Council hearing on the proposed improvement of
State Highway 55 Frontage Road from South Shore Drive to West Medicine Lake Drive
by reconstruction or mill and overlay of streets with the installation of bituminous
pavement, concrete curb and gutter installation, storm sewer installation, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum 10 days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of
the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 22nd day of May, 2018, at
which all persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
May 22, 2018.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other sources as
identified in the feasibility report.
