R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-195
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN FOR
T ROY L ANE R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (17014)
N ½ S ECTION 6, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth proposes wetland impacts associated with the Troy Lane
Reconstruction Project (17014); and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing wetlands as required
by the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA); and
WHEREAS, the State Board of Water and Soil Resources shall determine exact amount of
mitigation required through the Local Road Replacement Program; and
WHEREAS, there is no cost to the City for wetland mitigation through the State Local
Road Replacement Program; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the wetland replacement plan for the Troy Lane Reconstruction Project (17014) is
approved.
