A VENUE TO K ILMER L ANE
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter
described should be designated as Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the roads described as follows, to-wit:
Extension of MSAS 193 - Industrial Park Blvd. from TH 55 to Teakwood Lane (0.04 miles)
Addition of MSAS 208 - Teakwood Lane from Industrial Park Boulevard to 26th Avenue
(0.35 miles)
Extension of MSAS 171 - Medicine Lake Drive from TH 55 South Frontage Road to TH 55
(0.06 miles)
Extension of MSAS 181 - Highway 55 South Frontage Road from Medicine Lake Drive to
CSAH 73 (0.24 miles)
Extension of MSAS 169 - Nathan Lane/13th Avenue from 10th Avenue to Kilmer Lane
(0.43 miles)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to forward two certified copies of
this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon approval of the
designation of said roads or portions thereof, that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained
as Municipal State Aid streets.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of March, 2018.
