ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT OUTLOT A, SUMMERS EDGE SOUTH Ek 18740
MEDINA ROAD (2017107)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single-family 3) for the
property described as follows:
Outlot A, Summers Edge South, Hennepin County, Minnesota
And
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Busch Properties South lying West of the Southerly
extension of the East line of Lot 1, Block 1, Busch Properties North, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 27th day of February, 2018.
