R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-077
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING B ID FOR
2018 S TREET S WEEPING P ROGRAM (18013)
WHEREAS, two bids were received for the 2018 Street Sweeping Program, City Project
No. 18013; bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received:

Reliakor Services, Inc. $111,843.25 $113.00
Standard Contracting, Inc. $248,800.71 $165.00
WHEREAS, Reliakor Services, Inc., of Shakopee, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that:
1) The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into the contract with Reliakor
Services, Inc. of Shakopee, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the 2018
Street Sweeping Program (18013), according to the plans and specifications on file in
the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $111,843.25 and $113.00 per mile for
optional street sweeping.
2) The City Clerk is authorized to return the deposits made with the bids except that the
deposits of the successful bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
3) Funding is approved from the Water Resources Fund as follows:
510-70-751-75100-7500.111 $111,843.25 (Base Bid)
510-70-751-75100-7500.111 $113.00 per mile (Optional
Sweeping)
