R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR AND S UNDAY
L IQUOR L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF S APPORO P LYMOUTH I NC.
D/B/A S APPORO, 4345 N ATHAN L ANE N ORTH, S UITE O
WHEREAS, Sapporo Plymouth Inc., d/b/a Sapporo, has submitted applications for On-Sale
Intoxicating Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for their restaurant located at 4345 Nathan Lane North,
Suite O; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the On-Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor License applications of Sapporo Plymouth Inc.
d/b/a Sapporo, at 4345 Nathan Lane North, Suite O are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving the license fee and
all documentation as required in the liquor license applications.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of January, 2018.
