R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-050
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L ABOR A GREEMENT AND A SSOCIATED L ETTER
OF A GREEMENT BETWEEN THE C ITY OF P LYMOUTH AND C LERICAL, T ECHNICAL,
AND P ROFESSIONAL E MPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY AFSCME, C OUNCIL 5
FOR THE C ALENDAR YEARS 2018 THROUGH 2020
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and AFSCME, representing Plymouth clerical,
technical, professional employees, have met to negotiate a labor agreement in accordance with the
Public Employee Labor Relations Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the period of
January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the 2018-2020 labor agreement and the letter of agreement between the City of
Plymouth and AFSCME Council 5 are approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
said agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of January, 2018.
