R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-049
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENTS TO THE
C ITY M ANAGER’S E MPLOYMENT A GREEMENT
WHEREAS, the 2018 classification and compensation plan has been updated to align with the
2018 budget which has been approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends amendments to the City Manager’s employment agreement after
further discussions with the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and does:
1. Approve December 16, 2017 as the effective date for the City Manager’s 2018 wage
adjustment.
2. Change the name of the PTO Bank to Annual Leave Bank to align more closely with state
statute.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of January, 2018.
