R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE R ELEASE OF A PPRAISAL R EPORTS FOR I NDIVIDUAL
P ARCELS OF R EAL P ROPERTY FOR THE S TATE H WY 55 F RONTAGE R OAD
R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (13002)
WHEREAS, Minn. Stat. § 13.44 authorizes the release of appraised values of individual parcels of
real property made by personnel of a government entity or by independent appraisers acting for a
government entity for the purpose of selling or acquiring land through condemnation by majority vote
of the entity’s governing body; and
WHEREAS, in preparation for easement acquisitions, the City hired Nagell Appraisal &
Consulting, Inc., to prepare the following appraisals:
Appraisal dated February 15, 2016 of property located at 11000 State Highway
55 in Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, PID #36-118-22-23-0005; and
Appraisal dated January 10, 2018 of property located at 11320 State Highway 55
in Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, PID # 35-118-22-14-0004;
(collectively, the “Appraisal Reports”); and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to classify the Appraisal Reports as public data for the
purpose of facilitating acquisition of easements over the properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Appraisal Reports are classified as public data.
