RESOLUTION N0. 2018-009
RESOLUTION APPROVING WORK ORDERS N0. 1-6 AND REDUCING RETAINAGE FOR
CSAR 24 RECONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION AND MILL AND OVERLAY
(HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT N0. 961701 AND CITY PROJECT N0. 5122)
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 1 is for additional traffic control to move the closure of CSAH 24
from 32nd Ave to Medina Road; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 2 is for tree removal to facilitate utility relocation; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 3 is for replacement of a portion of storm sewer culvert; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 4 is for boring two 1.25" conduits along CSAH 24 for a traffic signal
interconnect; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 5 is for additional screened topsoil; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 6 is to replace existing 24 -inch diameter sanitary sewer top cones
with 27 -inch diameter sanitary sewer top cones.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
1. Work Orders No. 1 through 6 in the total amount of $21,260.03 are approved.
2. The amount of retainage is reduced to 2%.
