HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2018-007CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION N0. 2018-007 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITIES FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE FOR BRYNWOOD 3RD ADDITION (2015095) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated February 24, 2017, D.R. Horton, Inc.- Minnesota, developer of Brynwood 3rd Addition (2015095), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the completed work. APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of January, 2018.
