HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2018-024CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2018-024 RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 98-666 PERTAINING TO APPROVAL OF A 65 -FOOT HIGH MONOPOLE AND RELATED GROUND EQUIPMENT FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SERVICES AT 17405 COUNTY ROAD 6 (981 59 Ft 2017087) WHEREAS, the City approved a conditional use permit and site plan amendment for property located at 17405 County Road 6 to allow installation of a 65 -foot high monopole and related ground equipment for wireless communication services under Resolution 98-666 on November 4, 1998; and WHEREAS, the parcel located at 17405 County Road 6 is presently legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Oakwood Square, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, upon its adoption, Resolution 98-666 was subsequently recorded with Hennepin County as Document No. 3109607 on January 14, 1999; and WHEREAS, the 65 -foot high monopole and related ground equipment for wireless communication services was never installed on said Lot 2, Block 1, Oakwood Square, and the conditional use permit and site plan amendment approval have expired; and WHEREAS, Five Star Development of Alabama, Inc. has requested repeal of Resolution 98-666 as part of their plans to redevelop the site. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and does repeal Resolution 98-666. APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of January, 2018.
