RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR
TH 494 RAMP SIGNALS AT CARLSON PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1029811 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the Traffic
Control Signals construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and
adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 494 at the Carlson Parkway west ramps and on Trunk Highway No. 494 at
the Carlson Parkway east ramps within the corporate City limits under State Aid Project No. 155-172-002
and State Project No. 2785-396 (T.H. 494=052).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
Agreement No. 1029811 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation is
approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement and any
Amendments to the Agreement.
2. Funding for the City's share of the project would come from the MSA Fund in at an estimated
amount of $317,105.28.
