RESOLUTION N0. 2018-029
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSMITTAL OF THE DRAFT 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH TO ADJACENT AND AFFECTED JURISDICTIONS (2016038)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared a draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan in accordance with
state law; and
WHEREAS, state law requires that a community's comprehensive plan or plan update be reviewed
by adjacent and affected jurisdictions for a period up to six months; and
WHEREAS, to meet the City's plan update timeline, the draft plan needs to be transmitted at this
time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, city staff is directed to transmit the Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan to the adjacent and
affected jurisdictions listed on Attachment A.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 9th day of January, 2018.
