RESOLUTION No. 2018-005
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SOLID WASTE LICENSE FOR ARK DISPOSAL INC.
FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2018 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2018
WHEREAS, Ark Disposal Inc. has submitted a Refuse Haulers License application; and
WHEREAS, issuance of the license is contingent upon the required fees, application, annual
reports, certificates of insurance, surety bonds, and other required documentation being submitted and
approved by the Solid Waste Coordinator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTAthat the Refuse Hauler License for Ark Disposal Inc. for the period January 1, 2018 through
March 31, 2018 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of January, 2018.
