C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-370
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE
P LYMOUTH P RESBYTERIAN C HURCH
P ARK AND R IDE L EASE A GREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services through the Plymouth Metrolink; and
WHEREAS, part of these services include robust transit options to support riders traveling to and from
Downtown Minneapolis; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Presbyterian Church is located in an area that compliments routing needs to
serve this area; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Presbyterian Church has an interest to partner with the City to provide parking
alternatives for Metrolink riders; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a formal agreement to use the site for park and ride purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that
the lease agreement with Plymouth Presbyterian Church is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2017.
