Special Council Meeting
December 5, 2017
Mayor Slavik called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on December 5, 2017.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Slavik, Councilmembers Davis, Carroll, Johnson, Prom, Willis,
and Wosje.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister and City Clerk Engdahl.
Board and Commission Interviews
The Council interviewed residents for a vacancies on boards and commissions. Council directed
staff to prepare a resolution appointing individuals for the December 12 Council meeting.
A discussion was held on exploring training opportunities for board and commission members.
Council Coordinating Representatives and Deputy Mayor for 2018
The Council discussed Council Coordinating Representatives and Deputy Mayor for 2018.
Council directed staff to prepare resolutions appointing the Council Coordinating
Representatives and Councilmember Prom as Deputy Mayor for 2018 for the December 12
Council meeting.
Quarterly City Manager's Update
The Council received a quarterly City Manager's update in the Parkers Lake Conference Room.
Adiournment
Mayor Slavik adjourned the meeting at 9:20 p.m.
