R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-359
R ESOLUTION R ECEIVING E NGINEERING P ROPOSALS AND D ESIGNATING
THE C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE T ROY L ANE R ECONSTRUCTION (ST180002)
WHEREAS, the Troy Lane Reconstruction Project is listed in the 2017-2021 Capital Improvement
Program; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to two engineering firms that have expertise to
deliver the project; and
WHEREAS, two proposals were received and evaluated by City Staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Bolton & Menk, Inc. be designated as the consulting engineer
for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Bolton & Menk, Inc. is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the Troy Lane
Reconstruction Project (ST180002) in the amount of $177,320.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the
Agreement for Engineering Services.
